Terms & Conditions:
1. Canby limousine agrees to provide the
designated vehicle and driver at the time, date, and location specified on the
reservation form.
2. Unless specified on the reservation form
request for additional hours will be provided only if the vehicle is not
scheduled for other work.
3. Number of passengers allowed in the
vehicle shall be no more than the specified number on the reservation form or
limited to the vehicle passenger capacity it is designed to carry
4. Canby Limousine reserves the right to
substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value in the event of mechanical
difficulties or scheduling reasons
5. Canby Limousine and Canby Limousine’s
employees are NOT responsible for any unattended, forgotten, left, lost, damaged
or stolen articles in the vehicle at any time.
6. The sale or use of illegal drugs or
smoking in the vehicle is strictly forbidden. Also, alcohol possession or
consumption by minors is strictly forbidden. There will be no standing out of
the moon roofs or hanging out of windows. Canby Limousine reserves the right to
immediately terminate service without any refund to any party or person(s) who
violate these rules.
CANBY LIMOUSINE will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and
will maintain a zero tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can
be consumed or used by any person not of legal drinking age. All U. S. law
enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for
administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, even in negligible quantities
without the chauffeurs’ knowledge, they can seize and forfeit this vehicle to a
local government agency. All law enforcement agencies are expressively enforcing
this policy. Therefore no person will bring contraband aboard vehicles that are
owned and operated by Canby Limousine. Canby Limousine will not be responsible
for injuries that may occur due to horse playing while the vehicle is in motion,
at a standstill or entering and exiting vehicle. The purchaser on the front of
this contract is responsible for his or her guests.
7. Canby Limousine is not responsible for
delays or cancellations caused by weather, traffic conditions, mechanical
problems, automobile accidents caused by others or acts of God.
8. Customer may not attach or affix anything
to the interior or exterior of the vehicle(s) without permission from Canby
Limousine management.
9. Customer accepts full responsibility for
vehicle damage or special cleaning, and any loss of income due to negligence or
carelessness caused by any member of customer’s group, or customers (examples:
vehicle damaged caused by smoking, burns, vomiting, scratches, broken glassware,
stains, wrestling in vehicles, kicking windows/mirrors, and etc…) and
authorizes Canby Limousine to charge the guaranteeing credit card for the
expenses regardless and in addition to any prior understandings and agreements.
These charges are necessary due to the high cost of cleaning and the revenue and
time lost because the car cannot be used. If the guaranteeing credit card is not able
to be charged for any reason, customer agrees to pay for damages within seven
days from the event date. Customer agrees to pay for any collection expenses
and/or attorney fees and costs associated with Canby Limousine’s collection
efforts.
AT THE CAUFFER’S DESCRETION, THE PURCHASER AGREES TO BE FULLY
LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES THAT MAY INCUR.
$ 10.00 per broken glassware
$150.00 minimum for extensive cleanup (spills, etc.)
$200.00 detailing and wax (due to sickness-exterior)
$250.00 shampoo and disinfecting (due to sickness interior)
$250.00 minimum for each burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery
$200.00 minimum for each act of vandalism
Double charge of retail value for items removed / stolen from
vehicle
$100.00 fee for smoking & immediate termination of service
without refund
$500.00 minimum for damages occurring from
harassing anyone outside the vehicle
10. If any one in the limousine should
become disrespectful (the use of profanity, lewd behavior, harassment of any
type..) at any given time towards the driver or anyone else riding in or
around the vehicle, the driver can terminate the charter at any destination and
the client will be responsible and forfeit full fare.
11. FALURE OF CUSTOMER OR PASSENGERS TO
COMPLY WITH THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF SERVICE,
REQUIRING PAYMENT IN FULL WITH NO REFUND.
